In February 2025, UCDP recorded 27 organized-violence events in Iraq, with 26 estimated deaths. That is about the same as the previous month (28). The death toll range is 25 to 47.
100% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict.
Events were concentrated in Dahūk province (13), Arbīl province (4), Sulaymānīyah province (2).
The most active pairing was Government of Turkey - PKK with 24 events.
