UCDP recorded 388 events of organized violence in Gaza Strip, Israel and Palestine in September 2025. The best estimate of deaths in these events is 2,026. The low estimate is 1,986 and the high estimate is 2,248. UCDP counts 278 of these deaths as deaths of civilians. The count for August 2025 was 356 events.

The count for September 2024 was 241 events. The change from September 2024 to September 2025 is up 61 percent. Among the 26 months with a report for Gaza Strip, Israel and Palestine, September 2025 has the 3rd highest count of events. Gaza Strip, Israel and Palestine holds 98 percent of the events that UCDP recorded in Israel and Palestine in September 2025. In September 2024, the share was 90 percent.
