UCDP recorded 70 events of organized violence in Syria in March 2025. The best estimate of deaths in these events is 2,244. The low estimate is 1,978 and the high estimate is 2,509. UCDP counts 1,719 of these deaths as deaths of civilians. The count for February 2025 was 50 events.

Among the 26 months with a report for Syria, March 2025 has the 7th highest count of events. Syria holds 3 percent of the events that UCDP recorded in all countries with a page in March 2025.
