UCDP recorded 59 events of organized violence in Brazil in August 2025. The best estimate of deaths in these events is 62. The low estimate is 53 and the high estimate is 64. UCDP counts 7 of these deaths as deaths of civilians. The count for July 2025 was 61 events.
