In February 2025, UCDP recorded 64 organized-violence events in Myanmar, with 164 estimated deaths. That is about the same as the previous month (70). The death toll range is 162 to 208.
88% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict. Civilian deaths: 147.
Events were concentrated in Sagaing region (16), Magway region (9), Shan state (9).
The most active pairing was Government of Myanmar (Burma) - NUG with 36 events.
