UCDP recorded 56 events of organized violence in Myanmar in October 2025. The best estimate of deaths in these events is 200. The low estimate is 170 and the high estimate is 220. UCDP counts 168 of these deaths as deaths of civilians. The count for September 2025 was 59 events.

The count for October 2024 was 94 events. The change from October 2024 to October 2025 is down 40 percent. Among the 26 months with a report for Myanmar, October 2025 has the 12th highest count of events. Myanmar holds 3 percent of the events that UCDP recorded in all countries with a page in October 2025. In October 2024, the share was 3 percent.
