Myanmar saw 56 recorded events and 200 estimated deaths in October 2025. That is about the same as the previous month (59). The death toll range is 170 to 220.
84% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict. Civilian deaths: 168.
Events were concentrated in Shan state (13), Rakhine state (9), Sagaing region (8).
The most active pairing was Government of Myanmar (Burma) - NUG with 17 events.
