In October 2025, UCDP recorded 84 organized-violence events in DR Congo, with 276 estimated deaths. That is about the same as the previous month (77). The death toll range is 213 to 1,315.
37% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict. Civilian deaths: 217.
Events were concentrated in Nord Kivu province (49), Ituri province (20), Sud Kivu province (11).
The most active pairing was AFC - VDP with 23 events.
