In April 2026, UCDP recorded 47 organized-violence events in DR Congo, with 382 estimated deaths. That is about the same as the previous month (44). The death toll range is 355 to 466.
49% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict. Civilian deaths: 237.
Events were concentrated in Ituri province (19), Nord Kivu province (14), Sud Kivu province (12).
