Mexico saw 230 recorded events and 270 estimated deaths in May 2025. That is +16% compared with 199 events the month before. The death toll range is 209 to 332.
98% of the month's events were non-state conflict. Civilian deaths: 7.
Events were concentrated in Guanajuato state (54), Sinaloa state (46), Guerrero state (31).
