In February 2025, UCDP recorded 63 organized-violence events in Russia, with 937 estimated deaths. That is +13% compared with 56 events the month before.

100% of the month's events were state-based armed conflict. Civilian deaths: 16.

Events were concentrated in Kursk oblast (54), Belgorod oblast (8).

The most active pairing was Government of Russia (Soviet Union) - Government of Ukraine with 63 events.
